Summer heat has arrived.
Today was a hot one across nearly all of the state. Coastal fog was relegated to far SoCal, so even coastal areas got up into the 70s and 80s. Today was the first 95 degree day in San Rafael, and the first 100+ degree day in the Central Valley. The thermometer reached 120 today in Death Valley.
