Active October Pattern Continues
Just a quick update today. A fairly wek cut off low will meander over NorCal tomorrow, bringing some moderate showers and possibly an isolated thunderstorm. Nothing too impressive is expected, however. Rain will probably miss most of SoCal outside of isolated light shower activity. The weekend looks to be really nice statewide as we will be between systems. The next will arrive on Monday and bring some more light rain to NorCal. There is quite a bit of model disagreement for the rest of next week, with a strong Pacific jet and several powerful storm systems in the Eastern Pacific. The southward extent of these systems is very much in question at this time, though SoCal could potentially see some rain next week if everything shapes up just right. Stay tuned…
